J2Bet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

J2Bet is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for registered users in Pakistan. These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the j2bet website and any associated mobile applications, including but not limited to slots, jackpot slots, card games, Ludo games, Aviator and PSL cricket betting.

These Terms should be read alongside the j2bet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and j2bet. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

J2Bet reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version is always published at j2bet.ws/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the page. Continued use of the j2bet platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in plain English and are intended to be understood clearly by Pakistani players. If any clause is unclear, please contact our support team at support@j2bet.ws before proceeding.

To create a j2bet account and access real-money gaming services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age. J2Bet strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You are a resident of Pakistan and are accessing j2bet from within Pakistan.
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, business or organisation.
• You have not previously had a j2bet account closed or suspended for rule violations.

Each player is entitled to one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same name, address, mobile number, payment method or device — are strictly prohibited. J2Bet uses automated detection systems to identify multi-accounting. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and the associated balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, mobile number and date of birth. J2Bet may request documentary verification of your identity at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or driving licence. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j2bet account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact j2bet support immediately at support@j2bet.ws.

All deposits and withdrawals on j2bet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). J2Bet does not apply currency conversion fees. The payment methods currently accepted on j2bet are:

J2Bet processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, but reserves the right to conduct verification checks before releasing funds. Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 may require identity verification before processing. Funds will not be released to a third-party account — withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the j2bet account.

J2Bet reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your j2bet wallet balance if the withdrawal request is suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, j2bet will notify you and may request additional documentation.

J2Bet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spins awarded on j2bet carry a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount must be staked before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each bonus offer page. Attempts to withdraw bonus funds before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse: J2Bet takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions considered abusive include, but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk bets designed exclusively to clear wagering requirements; hedging bets to circumvent wagering obligations; or exploiting an error in bonus calculation. J2Bet reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings where abuse is detected, and to permanently close the associated accounts.

Refer a Friend: The j2bet Refer a Friend programme rewards eligible players who introduce new registered users to the platform. Referral rewards are paid in PKR to your j2bet wallet once the referred player meets the qualifying criteria as specified in the programme terms. Referral manipulation — including referring fake, duplicate or inactive accounts — results in disqualification and forfeiture of all referral earnings.

Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. J2Bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing, already-accepted bonuses with active wagering obligations are honoured unless fraud is involved.

All games available on j2bet — including slots, jackpot slots, Ludo, card games, Aviator and PSL betting markets — operate under specific game rules that are accessible from within each game or market interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing real-money bets or spins.

J2Bet's casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to confirm that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including j2bet. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run mathematical averages and are not guarantees of individual session results.

PSL and Sports Betting: PSL cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). In the event of a match being abandoned before a result is possible under DLS method, all match-specific bets will be voided and stakes returned. Outright tournament markets are unaffected by individual match results.

Jackpot Slots: Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on j2bet reflect live pool sizes and are indicative. The probability of triggering a jackpot is random on every qualifying spin regardless of stake size. Must-drop jackpots are guaranteed to pay before reaching their stated ceiling, but the exact spin on which they trigger is random within that constraint.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or connectivity interruption that affects a game round or bet, j2bet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance. J2Bet's decision on technical malfunction cases is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j2bet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool designed to interact with j2bet games or betting markets without human input.
• Attempting to access j2bet systems, databases or servers in any unauthorised way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in card games, Ludo or any other multiplayer format on j2bet.
• Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent bank details or a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity through j2bet — the platform will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations relating to money laundering or financial crime.
• Abusing, harassing or threatening j2bet staff, support agents or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors or glitches in j2bet software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported and will be voided.

J2Bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion under the j2bet Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, j2bet will aim to complete its review within 14 business days and will communicate the outcome to the registered email or mobile number. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full.

Where an account is closed by j2bet without a finding of wrongdoing, any verified balance remaining after deducting bonus funds not yet wagered will be returned to the player via their last-used withdrawal method within 10 business days.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their j2bet account should contact support@j2bet.ws. Any pending bets at the time of closure will stand until settled, and net winnings will be paid to the player's registered withdrawal method.

J2Bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and j2bet provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control of their activity on the platform. These tools are available to all registered players at no charge and are accessible directly from your j2bet account settings.

Available responsible gaming tools on j2bet include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases have a 24-hour cooling-off period before activating.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your j2bet account will be suspended and you will be unable to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

All content on the j2bet platform — including the j2bet name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of J2Bet or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the j2bet platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape or create derivative works based on any j2bet content without prior written consent.

All third-party game content available on j2bet — including slot titles and their associated graphics — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. J2Bet operates these titles under licence and players have no ownership rights over any game content.

J2Bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on j2bet, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

J2Bet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention or where j2bet is legally obligated to do so. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data j2bet holds about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your account data subject to our legal retention obligations. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@j2bet.ws.

J2Bet provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure service continuity, j2bet does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from interruptions, errors or security vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j2bet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own breach of these Terms.
• Technical malfunctions, service interruptions or connectivity failures beyond j2bet's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the j2bet platform.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to log out of their account on a shared or public device.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the j2bet platform that contains an error, provided j2bet corrects the error as soon as it is identified.

Nothing in these Terms limits j2bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

J2Bet may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, j2bet will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, and will display a notice on the platform for a minimum of seven days before the changes take effect.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using j2bet and contact support@j2bet.ws to request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of j2bet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The version of these Terms currently published at j2bet.ws/terms-conditions is the version in effect. Earlier versions are archived and available on request from j2bet support.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the j2bet platform that cannot be resolved informally should be submitted to j2bet's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance.

To raise a formal dispute, contact j2bet at support@j2bet.ws with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [your account ID]". J2Bet will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days. Decisions made through the internal process are communicated in writing.

J2Bet's decisions on disputes involving game outcomes, technical malfunctions, bonus eligibility and account closure are final, provided they have been made in accordance with these Terms and the relevant game or product rules.
